How long does it take to ship my order?

Our commitment to efficient fulfillment ensures delivery within 5-8 days of placing the order, including weekends.

What payment methods do you accept on retail sales?

We typically only accept ACH/Wire for first-time customers. For recurring customers, we can also accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay upon account and credit approval.

Do you accept returns on wholesale products?

No, wholesale orders are final, tailored to specific requests from clients.
